WRIST PAIN

The wrist is usually not the only site of pain. The elbow hurts, and the neck and shoulders are also in grief.

Closer inspection of posture and movement finds forward head, and rounded shoulders.

Tom Myers work on muscles working in chains brings light to the probable protagonists involved in this scenario. The problems in the hands arise from a repositioning of the hand due to the shoulders moving forward. Muscles have to change their natural tone. Some muscles tone up, some tone down. Not good in the long run. The wrist suffer, so does the elbow. Fix the problem not the symptom.

Relate the finger movements, and wrist movements to the muscles up the chain. Correct neck, shoulders and jaw.

Then lets learn how to look after it. Yep there is always homework. You continually clean your house..... yes?
