Sleep

I just Cannot Sleep…it was silly me… Sleep occurs best due to a series of chemicals occurring in the right order…but can be thrown out by a number of influences

1… if that body is physically out, stress goes up, cortisol is up not adrenaline…you may fall asleep but wake too early. But stressing over it compounds it!!

For others I state Let's teach how to overwrite the cortisol, by triggering the adrenaline which inhibits the cortisol, then the brain goes into a learning mode not the “oh crap, whats happening to my life”… mode This is more manageable as it sequences adrenaline to dopamine to serotonin into endorphins, plateaus and then decreases into a calmness…

2… if there is conflicting light sources, light type can trigger serotonin a wake up neuromodulator but inhibits the marshal of the sleep pattern, melatonin. So…Low level light and floor lighting is better.

3…If the chemistry of a diet is slightly out it will influence… The Brain works hard and it gets tired and the waste product adenosine is what makes you feel tired, it increases during waking time, but caffeine, chocolate, tea causes conflict, So... No stimulants after midday!!!

But I was a boof head

Coffee and chocolate brownie, at 4pm ….now not tired as adenosine levels are not recognised… Now ….I’m wide awake so

So in bed I was finding anything that is not working physically as well as it should, so take the body out of stress reset that….especially cranials, eyes jaw and neck and shoulders..oh just do the lot

I reset fascia joints muscles all systems …and much calmness happened…..why, brain is in learning mode…get better do better do different at last calmness and zzzzzz Remember your body is one, but a lot of parts They all play together as one #sleep #poorsleep #sleeptechniques
