A Cient After Two Heart Attacks
Irony was I had a discussion a year before with this lady…its what I see and what I physically test for
Your posture your walk, it’s too locked and your head falls foreward too much
….no leg lift, your tummy looks bloated!!!
I said later which is now at the appoinment 'I was seriously worried"
Back then they only mumbled about a 'bit of a high blood pressure, weak hands and being a feeling bit stiff....that's what what happens when you get old."
No, that is not what is actually happening, lot and lots of structures are being tuned down and off....
Two heart attacks later…internal operations for adhesions and infections The medical set up is limited it is tidy up after the horse has bolted, the event has happened so let’s monitor your heart and medicate and medicate….so looking at the leaf on a tree but not the forest So our discussion was…” why don’t we find what is not working as it should and how it interacts and upsets your breathing and that heart
Our Premise of investigation was:
A) What triggered holding breath
B) what made the heart change rate
1…no head support … 2….arm lift arm swing 3…no core activation 4…..no pelvic floor 5….no leg lift
All of the above had big influneces on her heart and her breath
So we corrected for concussion
Corrected for whiplash
Corrected the gait…so corrected flexors quads hamstrings ankles toes and the shoulders out to the hands
Corrected pelvic floor switched in on...but!
Found so many internal adhesions…ICV Bowel Prostate Pyloric sphinctor oesophageal sphincter liver diaphragm and gall bladder .....no wonder you are so bloated
We flossed the vagus and it’s auxiliary tributaries
Poor you, no wonder the breath is laboured no wonder the heart is under pressure
How is your breathing now Also how are you feeling
"So Less anxious snd it’s the first time I can lift my arms snd my breath is so full easy
This week I have had two clients with exactly the same pre symptoms....100's of compensations and weakness's needed to be addressed
I nipped this dilemma in butt immediately …. But, I see this same pattern frequently ...its obvious, in the walk the challenged posture, the laboured breath, the loss of hand power
