This workshop will deal with all of what your are,
thus how to work on your structural self,
on your physiological systems,
on your survival emotional systems
and your energetic systems and their layers

I'm very excited to announce that I will be kicking off a new series of one day Total Body Integration© workshops on Sunday 1st December in Dunsborough.
The aim of these workshops is to work more deeply with you on mobility, movement, recovery and deliver practical skills and knowledge to help you integrate my Total Body Integration© Method into your everyday life in a simple, practical and manageable way.
The workshop will run from 10am to 4.30/5pm and will follow this format, giving you loads of hands on practical experience.
• 10.00 -11.30 - Total Body Integration© yoga and movement
• 11.30 -11.45 - break
• 11.45 - 12.45 - Total Body Integration© movement patterns
• 12.45 - 1.45 - Bring your own (or pop out for) lunch - so we can eat and discuss your experience and feedback further
• 1.45 - 2.15 - Total Body Integration© walking and movement (we will go for a lovely walk around the surround area.
• 2.15pm - 4.00pm - Total Body Integration© exercising and movement patterns
• 4.00pm - 4.15pm - break
• 4.15pm - 4.45pm - Total Body Integration©meditation and pure relaxation
The cost = $50 per person and includes all refreshments (tea / coffee / herbal teas / soft drinks and healthy snacks) and equipment.
