A client asked me about her bunions. Firstly we corrected what triggered the feet to create the bunion.
(some of the core was off, same with the pelvic floor, hip flexors out for lunch, cranial stuff too, eys, jaw....etc)
Then we upgraded the whole body movement patterns Then we went specific
Decide you want to get better. Better requires lots of practice. Get BETTER every day, so practice every day.
"but for how long" You want to be fixed, I dont do that, I reteach the body to be better, you train the body to be the best it can be.
So be an "A" not a "D" unfortunately the trap the body has fallen into
Go to KMart get those bands $5...this so wakes your feet up
